Based on the “stone-on-stone” crushing principle, this machine is designed for medium and fine crushing of a wide range of hard and brittle materials.

It is ideal for producing high-quality sand and gravel for construction and road building. Common applications include crushing of rocks, abrasives, refractory materials, cement clinker, quartz, iron ore, concrete aggregates, and more.

Working Principle

Material is fed into the crushing chamber and falls into the impeller cavity. Under high-speed centrifugal force, the material is thrown outward, colliding with materials falling from above and the surrounding chamber walls. These impacts create a vortex effect, causing repeated collisions until the material is crushed into smaller particles.

The finished material is then directed to a vibrating screen for size classification. Oversized particles are returned to the crusher for further reduction. Final output sizes can be customized to meet customer specifications.
